i appreciated the proximity to the subway station. The subway entrance being just steps away simplified my commutes. I also liked robes and slippers that provided extra comfort. i used baggage storage that was convenient for my travel needs.

the hotel is steps from higobashi station. i found it very convenient to walk directly from the train station to the hotel reception in just minutes, especially since it was sheltered from the rain. the staff were very polite. i appreciated being able to leave my luggage in storage before check-in and after check-out.
the room was quite small, and i found it difficult to fully open my larger luggage due to limited floor space. this was a bit inconvenient, and i would have preferred a bit more space to move around comfortably. there was no closet for clothes.

the subway was super close, so transport was easy.
The room was really tiny, much smaller than i anticipated, i could barely open my suitcase. front desk staff didn't seem to care, and offered no help with luggage, , made me really mad. the onsen was a joke. I expected much more than a small tub. i am not likely to stay here again with these issues.
